癌症之全球死亡人數不斷攀升。本作品係透過硫酸鋅培養牛樟芝並分離牛樟芝硫化多醣體(ZnF3)。ZnF3可下調癌細胞發展相關致癌因子TGFβR之表現量及促使癌細胞走向凋亡;ZnF3透過mTOR/AKT路徑活化巨噬細胞並促進吞噬作用及分泌細胞激素。巨噬細胞經ZnF3活化後具有抑制肺癌細胞的功效。本發明闡述硫化鋅培養牛樟芝可分離出具有抗癌活性的硫化多醣體ZnF3;此外,ZnF3可當作癌症治療補充劑用於直接靶向癌細胞並活化巨噬細胞調節之癌症免疫治療的雙重功效。

Cancer deaths continue to rise worldwide. This work demonstrates that ZnF3, a novel sulfated polysaccharide from Antrodia cinnamomea, reduces the expression of TGFβ receptor associated with cancer cell development and suppresses the viability of cancer cells with slight apoptosis. In addition, ZnF3 activates macrophages through the mTOR/AKT axis to enhance phagocytosis and pro-inflammatory cytokine secretion. Moreover, ZnF3-stimulated macrophages possess anti-cancer properties. This invention declares that ZnF3 exhibits dual anticancer activity via targeting cancer cells and activating macrophages, which is beneficial in cancer immunotherapy and can be a supplement for suppressing lung cancer cells.
