一種基於腦白質的神經血管年齡預測系統及其方法,分析裝置利用非線性空間對位技術、MNI152國際標準腦模板以及反轉個體座標轉換為國際標準座標的轉移矩陣以分別生成個體空間腦室周邊區域遮罩以及個體空間腦白質深部遮罩,分析裝置將T1-權重影像以及T2-液體衰減反轉恢復影像進行腦白質高亮度訊號的影像處理以生成T1-權重腦白質高亮度訊號影像以及T2-液體衰減反轉恢復腦白質高亮度訊號影像,分析裝置使用個體空間腦室周邊區域遮罩以及個體空間腦白質深部遮罩分別對T1-權重腦白質高亮度訊號影像以及T2-液體衰減反轉恢復腦白質高亮度訊號影像進行對數轉換計算為腦白質周邊對數值以及腦白質深部高亮度訊號體積量對數值,分析裝置將腦白質周邊對數值以及腦白質深部高亮度訊號體積量對數值代入於神經血管年齡預測模型以得到神經血管年齡預測結果,藉此可以達成提供以腦白質高亮度訊號為基礎的神經血管年齡預測且進行老化速率評估的技術功效。
A neurovascular age prediction system based on white matter and a method thereof are provided. Individual space periventricular area mask and individual space deep white matter mask are generated separately by analysis device using non-linear space counterpoint technology, MNI152 international standard brain template and reverse transition matrix of conversion of individual coordinate to international standard coordinates. T1- weighted white matter hyperintensity (WMH) signal image and T2-FLAIR WMH signal image are generated separately from T1- weighted image and T2-FLAIR by analysis device using image processing of WMH signal. Logarithm of PVWMH and logarithm of DWMH are logarithmic calculated separately based on T1- weighted WMH signal image and T2-FLAIR WMH signal image using individual space periventricular area mask and individual space deep white matter mask by analysis device. Neurovascular age prediction result is obtained based on substitute logarithm of PVWMH and logarithm of DWMH into B neurovascular age prediction model. Therefore, the efficiency of providing neurovascular age prediction based on white matter hyperintensity signal and evaluating odds ratio may be achieved.
